I think there is no industrial/commerical code can
 
capture the velocity and kinetic energy near-wall boundary layers, for examples, inner layers or even buffer-layers, so no-slip bounday conditions make no sense for all turbulence modeling. Do you think so?

correction: sublays not inner layer.
