What are the different numbers that exists in CFD, what is their use, other than the reynolds number.

THere are a bunch of numbers and you can even look into books or articles for that. If you can, have a look at: P. H. Roberts, Magnetohydrodynamics, in Encyclopedia of Applied Physics, Vol. 9, page 153-154 (1994 VCH Publishers, Inc. ISBN 1-56081-068-8/94). Let me know if you can't find it, then I'll give you more than a dozen numbers. Patrick |
