Stacking airfoil grids to make wing grid

So I am just stacking 2-D airfoil grids along the wing span to get a 3-D grid. This is fine as long as the wing has same thickness along span. But if the wing thickness changes a lot from root to wing tip, then the grid is not orthogonal at the wing surface. Do you know any techniques to make it orthogonal ?

Hello,

theoretically you can obtain an almost orthogonal grid at the wing surface if you use a 3D hyperbolic mesh generator.

I didn't find any free 3D hyperbolic mesh generator (I would love to find one), however you can use Gridgen or Pointwise to mesh your wing.
