Default Condenser Simulation - which program?

Dear colleagues, I am beginning to work on the simulation of steam condensers. So I have to simulate heat and mass transfer as well as phase change. The steam flow also contains a fraction of non condensible gases which can not be neglected in the calculation, because one duty of the condenser is the removal of such inert gases. The easiest way to handle the problem is to simulate the tube bundle as a porous medium which has a resistance and which is a heat and mass sink. Now I have to decide which commercial program I want to use, CFX - StarCD oder Fluent. One criterion for the decision might be the availability of the steam tables for the fluid properties. I am very grateful for proposals and arguments for or against the software. Thank you very much for your help
