VOF fluxes not balancing even it's converging..urgent please!!!

HI all

I am using 3D VOF steady state implicit solution (i don't need unsteady at this point) and I run the solution and it took more than 5 days to converge (the residual limits are in the range of 10^-6). The problem here is the fluxes are not balancing. Secondary phase (water here) has not yet reached outlet and primary phase (air) is showing some reverse flow at the outlet. what does it mean without mass flow rate balancing, even though residuals reached to such low levels. I wonder it works if I use implicit unsteady solution.

Also I started wid high velocities at the inlet to fill the inside domain wid water and reduced eventually to actual velocity. I allowed more time to dispose the already filled water towards the exit (pressure outlet) but it seems it's still showing lot of liquid at the entry though the convergence has already reached.

Any suggestions please!!! appreciate for your valuable suggestions

Report-> fluxes->inlet & outlet( for individual phases)..

Okay! I think you do not use OpenFoam, do you?
