Growing polymeric foam

I'm dealing with a polymeric foam growing in an enclosed 3d boundary. Can you help me?

The Volume of Fluid (VOF) - Method (Hirt & Nichols) is able to handle free surface boundary problems. It is implemented in the commercial code 'Fluent' for example.
