CFD for in-cylinder and underhood

Any vendor recommendations? I've seen most of the blurb from the big players, but some real-world experiences from actual users would be welcomed.

TIA

For research purpose, KIVA is widely used. For real life engine simulation, STAR-CD is the most widely used code, followed probably by FIRE and VECTIS. For Underhood simulation, any big player CFD code would probably be able to deal with it.
