Default error messgae in fortran90...

i got an error message in Microsoft fortran powerstation. My OS is winxp-pro.

First-chance exception in kmw.exe (KERNEL32.DLL): 0xC0000090: Float Invalid Operation. The program 'D:\kmw.exe' has exited with code 1 (0x1).

what is te problem?
