Setting up the right boundaries
Hello everybody. My problem is: I'm simulation a pipe system after a pump with an outlet of static pressure. I have a fixed pump that I have to use. What kind of inlet boundary should I define with that situation? The pump is not delivering a fixed flow rate or a fixed pressure. Should I define that boundary as a "total pressure"? That value should be quite fixed as the power stays almost the same all the time.

Re: Setting up the right boundaries
Hi, usually before you select your pump, you should know what is the pump head pressure you need to drive the flow. So you may specify the fixed pump head pressure as the boundary condition.
