What is "Coking Temperature"?

Hi~! I found a word, coking temperature, in certain paper. I can't understand what it is. In my thought, it is a kind of deposit formation in case of using kerosine as a rocket fuel. Is it right? I want to know exactly this one. Could you show me the reference or definition? Thanks.

Hi, I think you can find some answer about this on some Diesel engine books. You know, for Diesel engine, coking is one aspect under consideration
