Default TVD scheme applied to axsymetric nozzle flows

I once worked with TVD scheme, now i mean to apply it to a computation of axsymetric nozzle flows, both inner and jet flows included. But i don't know how to transform the conservation laws into pseudo 2D form. Can someone give me some ideas and reference papers on this problem? Thank you!
