Ultimate Flux Limiter

Dear all
I'm wondering, I could finally write the algorithm of Ultimate Flux Limiter which has introduced by B. P. Leonard. When I implemented this limiter I found something weird. This limiter does not work properly with high Courant numbers such as 0.5 and 0.05 . In addition, every time I run my program (this is only for advection) I have a decrease in peak concentration. Is that true or in other word is This the nature of Ultimate Limiter with QUICKEST scheme? thank you in advance. P.S. : Here one of my index outputs is attached. Would you please send me your Ultimate Flux Limiter algorithm? untill now I couldn't find any reference file that explains the procedure (e.g. like in the examples in other subroutines). Any guides could be valuables? thank you email: irp.cfdonline@gmail.com |
