Dear all
I wrote a numerical code for solving 3D laplace equation in a cube but I have some problems about Neumann Boundary condition. In my problem, air enters from the lower wall of cube by velocity 1. When I want to enter the boundary condition on this wall, I have to descrtize the first derivative of potential function as Neumann boudar condition but I am confused about the sides(4 sides) of the lower wall; I mean, I donot know what boundary condition I should dedicate on these 4 side. |

Hi,
How about a periodic boundary condition? so that the Neumann condition can be applied in the same way to all points on the lower wall including those on 4 sides. bjohn |
