Power spectrum.
 

Does anyone know where I can get explained code or else simple text that explains how to calculate the power spectrum/ The autocorrelation is, I believe, required. I can see the theory, but I am unsure how to turn it into an algorithm.

You can use LABVIEW software or Matlab to get a power to get a power spectrum.Matlab has a fft algorithm.Otherwise use the book of Numerical Recipies to get an algorithm of fast fourier transform. Does this answer ur question?
