How to Mesh For Wind Turbine Blades for CFD Simulation in Hypermesh?

I ve created 3D model of wind turbine blades!! then created the domain for the airflow!! i did the surface mesh for blades, hubs and domain faces!!! but while converting into 3D mesh, an error is coming as self intersecting trias!!! how to overcome it!!! kindly help me!!!

sorry! as per my company norms,i shouldnt give it to others!! but there s no seniors r specialist in meshing the turbomachieries in my dept!! so pls guide me!! The model looks lik 3 wind turbine blades attached to the hub!

Supposing you use a traditional finite volume approach, you'll need chimera or sliding mesh techniques to run the full turbine config.

It's much easier to start with one blade only in a sector of (360/numberofblades)° impose periodicity on the walls and use a rotation symmetric nacelle to close the geometry.

Usually you only want to study local flow effects near the blade's surface.
