Looking for a code for grid generation

Hello,
I somewhere saw a picture of unstructured grid in which each cell is a rectangular triangle or a square. And then the closer to boundary the less sizes of cells become. Can someone remind the name of such code or package written in fortran? Thanks. |

Unstructured IcemCFD mesher is doing this (when no smoothing iteration is done), but no way you can have the source code, I m affraid.
