dear sirs,

i would like to create two benchmark examples for CFD.

the examples should be

1) straight cylinder fluid flow
2) rectangle tube fluid flow

i would like to compare the results with analytical solutions for those problems.

i know that there are analytical solutions for them and i do have equations that are depending on deltaP (pressure drop)
( eg. Hagen–Poiseuille equation)

i would like to find equations that are depending on Q (flow rate) if possible.

maybe even some other benchmark example would do the job for me but only if they are function of Q or V (fluid velocity)

i am sorry if you found this question not so adequate - i am beginer

thank you for your interest
