problem with boundary condition
 

i want to obtain temperature field in a tube with fully developed flow that a heat flux is applied on the wall.
the velocity field is known and the inlet temperature is known too. so my problem is that what is the suitable and correct boundary condition(for temperature) in the existing face of the tube?
(NOTE: I using MATLAB code)
