meshing air lift

hi mr or miss
i have a problem in meshing my case that is a airlift consist of 8 holes with 0.0003 meter diameter. please let me know how you mesh your case's holes or if it is possible send me your mesh. sincerely yours. hossein mahmoudi. |

I suggest you to change shape of sparger hole from circle to square with the same area ( You should to use hydraulic diameter of single hole). If you use circular holes, computational sparger area will not be equal to real area because of low mesh quality around circular sparger holes.
