Hi guys,

I need to write a simulation for a rotating box in fluid, the aim is to find the lift and drag forces on the box. Since I have a very little experience with CFD and none with FSI, I am not much familiar with the lingvo and am having hard time googleing info for the literature. If anyone can give me some guidance on what can I read to get more familiar with the topic or on some code examples. Any information regarding this will be highly appreciated. artashm@gmail.com

I think direct forcing IB method, which is theoretically simple, can be employed in your simulation, and this is a reference,'Combined immersed boundaryB splines methods for simulations of flows in complex geometry'.

Thanks for the reply, I will check that out, does it work in 3D case though ?
