How to begin CFD?

Hello, this is tarang. I want to learn cfd basically for Engine Modelling but I am lacking the guidance how to start for it. Which software should I start from and how to proceed further? Right now I am using solidworks and also learning catia for the design. One thing, that whether matlab can be used for cfd??

There are numerous commercial software available. If you want something free you can use OpenFoam but it may take a while to learn if you know nothing about CFD.
Matlab can be used for CFD if you make your own code, but that would require you to take several cfd related masters level classes. And Matlab would be very slow for a full Navier Stokes solver.

I would begin in the Online Books and Guides section
