surface tention

Can anybody help me with a pointer to a text/review article that deals with the role of surface tension in fluid flow in a clear manner??

The classic text is:

Intermolecular and Surface Forces, by Jacob Israelachvili, Academic, 1992

Otherwise, this is easy to read and very helpful:

Micro flows: fundamentals and simulation, G. Karniadakis & A. Beskok, Springer, 2002.
