The classic text is:
Intermolecular and Surface Forces, by Jacob Israelachvili, Academic, 1992 Otherwise, this is easy to read and very helpful: Micro flows: fundamentals and simulation, G. Karniadakis & A. Beskok, Springer, 2002. |
