Default How to read PLOT3D Q FILE?

Hi friends,
I programme a code to read PLOT3D q FILES,but i meet a question,
my program platform is VS2008+INTEL FORTRAN 11.1.038+WIN7 X64,
as we know,the q file format is:
nblock
idim jdim kdim
....
q(1)
q(2)
q(3)
q(4)
q(5)
mach,
alpha
reyn
time
...
i don`t know how to read it in fotran
who can help me?THX
