derivation of tsunami speed

I tried on web to get the derivation of tsunami speed equation, which is; tsunami speed = sqrt (g*D). g is gravitational cost. and D is oceon depth.

Let me know if anybody has derivation of this equation. I just want to do some comparison.

Thanks in advance.
