Installation of Gerris on ubuntu
 
Hi, I am facing problem in installing the Gerris software on ubuntu as I am not able to install glib as its giving an error

configure: error: *** Working zlib library and headers not found ***

If anyone installed the Gerris on Ubuntu, please let me know.

It sounds like you are missing the zlib development package. Try

sudo apt-get install zlib1g-dev
