I want to use a best turbulence model for impinging jet. can anyone tell me which one is preferred in this issue. thank for any help.

Use the V2F model cos it is capable of predicting the secondary peak in heat transfer at r/d=2.

Hi,

Have a look at Professor Durbin's at Stanford University. He has worked on impinging jet analysis using v2f model.

hi,

Even I am also doing some reserach in this area , so Prof Durbin has done lot of work on this jet impingment and V2f is tooo good for predicting all the parameters.
