combustion modelling books

Dear ALL,

I need to learn the basic concepts in combustion modelling(premixed, flamelet, .....) I am not familiar with these modelling aspects. so i request any one please send me some standard book titles, useful material and links from where i can download which i can gain easily the modelling features and terminology. please help me..

is it a joke ??? The book is at only $2.99 ... Well one year ago it was free, so maybe you will find people that have downloaded it at that time.
