Default how to get the source code of CFDlib?

I want to use the open source code software CFDLib to simulate two phase flow in a T-junction.However it cant be downloaded from Los Alamos homepage.Would anyone like to send the code and corresponding help document to me through email(liangfch@mail.xjtu.edu.cn) thank you in advance.

Since this was developed by Los Alamos, I would suspect it may be subject to export control (i.e., it cannot be distributed outside the U.S). I may be wrong.
