Wall HTC Impinging Jet
 

Hi,

I am running 2-d simulations for jet impingement heat transfer. One of the parameters that I am varying is the jet temperature at the inlet, while maintaining the wall temperature as constant.

In the first case, the inlet temperature is 350k and in the second case it is 450k. For both these cases, the wall temperature is maintained at 300k.

The problem I am encountering is that, when I plot a line on the wall in the results file and extract the values for wall HTC, i am getting the exact same HTC values for both the above mentioned cases. Since I am varying only one parameter in the inlet boundary condition and maintaining all other parameters constant, I would expect to see a difference in HTC values for both the cases, but this isn't happening.

PLease could anyone suggest possible solutions to this problem?
