zeroGradient on inlet
 
It seems fairly general that one sets the normal-component of the pressure gradient equal to zero on inlets. And then set a fixed-value for the velocity on the inlet.

What is the physical reasoning behind this zero-gradient pressure BC? Is it an approximation?
