KIVA Timesteps

Can any one tell me how I could increase the number of time steps in KIVA

Re: KIVA Timesteps

In itape there are the parameters: nclast - cycle number when calculation is terminated cafin - crank angle when calculation is terminated Use either one or the other to specify when the normal termination should occur. However, so far my calculations, if started, unfortunatelly are terminated because of a temperature overflow. I would like to solve that too.

Re: KIVA Timesteps

Hello Tomislav, You said that your calculations are teminated by the temperature overflow. I didnot understand that. What are the temperatures you are using in itape5.

Re: KIVA Timesteps

Hello Everybody, I have a doubt in KIVA. I have defined ncaspec value to be 45 and gave the cafin value as -57.0 degrees. When I run the code the max output I am getting is for 33 timesteps and simulation stops at crank angle of -101.0. The nclast value is 9999 and when I try to increase this value it takes onle the first four digits. So how can I simulate the code for more time steps. Thanks in advance.
