Default Turbulence in an Injector

I am modeling an injector that has 126 holes. I have the inlet mass flow rate, inlet pressure, outlet pressure, and diameters. When trying to solve for turbulence what type of dissipation rate should I use (length ratio, constant, hydraulic diameter). The flow rate is very low so do I still account for the turbulence? Thanks in advance,

Casey
