what is kind of your grid?(structure or unstructure)(algebric,elliptic,hyperbolic,...).if you want to use ready program Gambit is good. There are number of these Code in "Basic structured grid generation".it is a book and you can find its site and these Code.

gmsh is another good software. It's avaiable for download at http://www.geuz.org/gmsh/

there are several options: windows, linux, mac. If, for any reason, you can't download it, send me your email address and I'll send you the files. I've downloaded the source files, and there was no problem to compile it in SuSE 9.2 with gcc version 3.3.4.

I have gmsh, use it for unstructured grid generation. I have been asking for the books site because it is on structured grid generation.
