Default Shell modelling

I am working on shell models to perform flow analysis. The CAD software that I use now, Rhinoceros, takes a lot of time to build the shell model and assign the thickness, especially thickness gradient (I has to do manually). Is there any CAD software that can build the shell models and assign thickness automatically.

Any kind of help or suggestion is greatly appreciated.

Regards, Srini
