Hi,
Is there a grid generation software out there which can generate non-orthogonal hex meshes in most (atleast 95%) of the domain and do the rest (if required) with tets/prisms? |

Do you mean dragon grids? It uses unstructured tet grids to merge block structured grids, but I don't know if there are commercial softwares for this.

The DRAGON grid project looks very interesting, let's see what they come up with. I wonder if there are other codes/algorithms like it already out there.

HEXPRESS of Numeca is a 100% Hexa unsrtuctured grid generator. Harpoon is a Hexa dominant unstructured grid generator.

HEXPRESS looks like a cool technology. Has anybody has had any experiences with it? eg. its performance for skew geometries, the number of skew cells and the maximum skewness/ill-conditioning in the grid?
