HI all
I am starting my studies in the CFD world, I am writing a code to solve the Laplace's Eq. of the Potential Function of a flow passing on a unit circle. For this, I have used an elliptic grid generator. My problem is that the way that I placed the points describing the geometry of the problem seems to change the answer in a strong fashion. Is there some criterion to place these points in order to decrease these changes? |

Hi
are u try to solve nabla square psi=0(psi is the stream function) to solve the potential flow is the only problem for u is grid generation, contact me at my E-mail and give me the step u do,if any i willl fix to u, or send Visual basic code to solve this problem(1-grid generation 2-flow over circular cylinder using generalized coordinates) have a good luck Khairy- Egypt |
