Hello...
I am modelling a forced heat transfer model in Mcc(Motor Control Centre) which is in rectangular shape in fluent. It has inlet at bootom at the top there are fans of 700 cfm. in rectangular box there are bus bars which are generating heat flux. i meshed this model in gambit with nearly 8 lakh elements. Firstly i am starting with momentum and continuity eqn . when i am strating with energy eqn the contuinuity and momentum residuals are suddenly rising there after they are not decreasing... Can any one please suggest me out is to be modeled |

I have found that the residuals will rise when your mesh is not done well. Work on the mesh.

Thanks .. but i have done very good mesh.. the rectangular box of size 90*30 inches contain nearly 14 lakh elements.. and gambit showing there are no skewness in it ..
