Does any one has the following reference related to openfoam code:

H.G. Weller, Derivation, modelling and solution of the conditionally averaged two-phase flow equations, Tech. rep., OpenCFD Ltd., United Kingdom (2005).

Henry Weller will be able to provide this paper for you. Send him an email requesting a copy. He is also one of the original developers of OpenFOAM and provides support packages.

Hi Matt

Do you have access to Henry's email address - I find it hard to believe that these documents are not available without having to contact him directly. These two documents are referenced in half the documents I have been reading.

Anyways, any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
