hiii,
im trying to achieve convergence but the mass flux residual dose not reach the desired value (0.001) and my history of residuals is as follows. can i set maximum residual tolerance to 0.1 and assume it reach the required convergence? as even this reach the 100000 iterations, this is exactly how residuals looks like. thanks alot in advance |

I looks like that the residual plot is vibrating.
I don't know why it happen in this case, but I think that you have to check mesh quality(aspect ratio, skewness .etc). And other way, if you use the tetra mesh, please use hex mesh. If you want more advise from other people, you write some setting and mesh data. |
