With an increasing airflow over a given shape, which produces less overall drag, a smaller surface area and a greater incline, or a more progressing incline over a larger surface area?

What do you mean precisely? Min drag at fixed lift and/or velocity? For a wing or other body? In what dimension?

For a wing there is an optimal combination between area and angle of attack, since aoa should not be more than stalling angle, and it could not be zero-lift angle with an infinite wing area too.
