Hello everyone.

Tomorrow I will be sitting an open-book CFD test which I can bring the paper back to my house. So I am looking forward to get massive guidance from you all to help me answering the questions next morning.

Thank you

Here is the test I had mentioned yesterday.
Neglect all the part A questions because I think the answers might be in the text book.

So I am asking your help to do part B. Assume/treat me as a person who is totally knoob and knows nothing even the first law of thermodynamics.

Thank you.
Oh yes, the submission date is by this Wednesday. Help me real quick guys

hm, what exactly do you need help with? it seems like you have a matlab program at hand to plot the solution?!? or are you supposed to write the program? it's not clear from the description....

never mind sir, after 2 hours of studying the finite volume method, i have realized that question is so easy.

I have solved it just in 1 hour.

By the way, the question asks us to determine temperature profile using finite volume method. I used 5 nodes with equal characteristic lengths (dx) to make discretized equation, ap= aw+ae+su in order to govern temperature equation of each node. Sound familiar?

After obtaining all the temperature values, we can plot the profile using Mathlab; y-axis is for temperature and x-axis is for dx.

Thank you anyway for your concern sir.

I am from Malaysia, thats why my English sucks
