Hi all, I want to model deformation of an elastic sack filled with water. I apply normal pressure at given boundary sections and I want to get back normal pressure everywhere else, so I can deform the interface in a separate step - and repeat the iterations. Can someone sketch a rough modeling approach to get the wall pressures in such a case? I know how to deform the interface once I have these values. Thanks a lot. Dominik

Given the pressure on the sack that you apply from outside, and the pressure that your CFD solver spits out on the inside, determine the new deformation and cycle back. Which part are you unsure about? How to obtain the flow solution?

If this is an unsteady problem you'll need to do CFD, if it's quasi-steady or steady, you can treat it as a hydrostatics problem. It the latter case it has nothing to do with CFD.
