Laplacian-weighted averaging
 

Hi all

In a Hino's paper,the flow variables at vertices, are computed from values at cell-center by Laplacian-weighted averaging proposed by R. D. Rausch ("Spatial adaptation of unstructured meshes for unsteady aerodynamic flow computations"). Could someone tell me more about this averaging method?
