Default emptying liquid from spinning circular tube

I have a circular tube which is spinning at a particular RPM. The center of spinning is the center of ring tube. The hallow tube is full of liquid. If a small hole is made at one point in the tube, how to calculate the time required to empty the liquid from the tube using CFD?
