inflow BC for LES

Hi!
I want to do reacting LES of a jet flow.
As jet flow is sensitive to inflow conditions I want to model them as exact as possible.

I have the following experimental data -
axial position , radial position , mean radial velocity , mean axial velocity , variance radial velocity , variance axial velocity , turbulent kinetic energy

Can you suggest the most realistic way to provide this data as input?
Reference to literature is welcome.

Methods with ease of implementation will be highly appreciated.
Thanks
SM

you can find some useful reference in the book of Sagaut

The method of Smrinov for generating artificial fluctuations to add to the mean velocity profile worked well in our simulations.
