Dear friends
I really need your help on a problem that is not CFD related but related to my thesis which is CFD related! In my thesis I want to reference the web sites for Star-CD, Fluent and CFX as examples of finite volume based CFD codes. Problem is I don't know how. The format I use for reference purposes in the text is (Patankar, 1980). I then place the complete reference in the bibliography section at the back of the thesis. Problem with referencing a web page is that there is neither an author nor a date to reference in the text. Please give me some ideas. I might be able to use footnotes but I prefer to stay away from these in favor of overall document uniformity. Many thanks for your help |

I would suggest you e-mail the folks in question & ask them how to set up the reference. In that way you won't have to go down too many blind alleys.
