All,

I have been trying to perform simulation of a column of tightly packed spheres. To get a successful workflow, I have started with 10 particles in a tube. Eventually, I would like to simulate thousands of particles in a tube, so manual clean-up of my mesh is not feasible.

I have been trying to create viscous layers using Salome, but I run into challenges with intersections and overlap.

Is there a better way to solve this problem?
