Hi I have following problem:

I created a .stl file in Onshape and tried to apply regions and create the feature file for meshing with snappyHexMesh. The problem is, that some patches for that I want to have regions and features, have a very wide angle so that surfaceAutoPatch does not recognise them as single patches and or surfaceFeatures does not recognise the features. I attach some pictures. That is even the case for very high included surfaceFeatureAngle > 175 . If I go even higher the whole surface is recognized as features and hundreds of patches, what I do not want.

Does anybody has a workaround for that?
Or is there a simple way of getting names for the regions into the STL? Because Onshape does only define "solid Onshape" for the whole solid, and it is not possible to give names for the different faces. That is very frustrating.
