Collapsing Blocks for Conical Shape

Hello Everyone.

I am trying to create a Hexa Mesh for a propeller blade mounted on a streamline body. While I have been able to mesh the geometry successfully, I end up with sharp points after collapsing blocks (the streamline body may be imagined as two cones joined together at the base). I have meshed a quarter of the domain and created an L-grid around the streamline body.

How can I resolve these pointed edges to give the mesh a more even distribution around the quarter circle (which is my rotating domain)?
